- CAAHEP accreditation specialist
- Complete required paperwork for initial or continuing accreditation
- Evaluate programmatic records for accuracy and accreditation compliance
- Evaluate curriculum format for compliance with Core Curriculum
- Schedule and facilitate site visits for accreditation
Program Design
- Develop a course list with optimal sequencing
- Develop syllabi for courses
- Evaluate instructor pedagogy for enhancement
- Establish and build clinical site relationships
- Assist students in searching employment opportunities
- Evaluate lab equipment and supplies and upgrade as needed
- Lab construction and development
Marketing Strategy
- Collaborate with Admissions and Administrators on recruiting strategies
- Participate and facilitate community events for exposure of program and institution
- Assist in developing or revising brochures, postcards, etc. for distribution
- Update and enhance the website for the program with videos and pictures
Program Director/Coordinator Coaching
- Assist with hiring qualified program officials (Directors, Clinical Coordinators, and Instructors)
- Assist program officials with program modifications and enhancements
- Implement best practices on maintaining ARC/STSA thresholds
- Evaluate pedagogy and suggest techniques and strategies to improve student outcomes
